The project’s objective was to design and develop a marketing website that integrated advanced functionalities, showcased available properties, streamlined and improved user experience.

What did we do?

Our approach involved designing a modern, minimalistic website, utilising React for front-end development and WordPress as the content management system (CMS). This combination ensured a sleek, responsive user interface and easy content management for admins

Real-time data integration

A key feature of the website is its integration with a third-party database, enabling real-time property data display for accurate home valuations. Users are then invited to engage further by scheduling a detailed discussion with an agent.

Dynamic, localised CTAs

The website’s dynamic call-to-action (CTA) adapts to display the listing agents’ names and avatars based on the user’s postcode. This personalised approach enhanced user experience and streamlined operations for our client.

The colour theme combines a bold, modern palette with a contrasting mix of dark and light tones. The high contrast between the text and background enhances legibility, making the content stand out.

The selected colour palette features a dominant purple hue complemented by a neutral toned grey and crisp white. This combination creates a sophisticated and calming effect, reinforcing the brand's professional and approachable vibe.

The results

By capturing session recordings, our team was able to identify and address UX issues, understanding the reasons behind user drop-offs. This ultimately helped us to improve user journey and increase the conversion rate by 20%.
