A key feature of the website is its integration with a third-party database, enabling real-time property data display for accurate home valuations. Users are then invited to engage further by scheduling a detailed discussion with an agent.
The website’s dynamic call-to-action (CTA) adapts to display the listing agents’ names and avatars based on the user’s postcode. This personalised approach enhanced user experience and streamlined operations for our client.
By capturing session recordings, our team was able to identify and address UX issues, understanding the reasons behind user drop-offs. This ultimately helped us to improve user journey and increase the conversion rate by 20%.
